I use that as my guide while working with the freshest flowers from the auction, so the finished bouquet still feels balanced, abundant and true to the size you've chosen.

Each option is designed for a different purpose:

• Compostable wrap with twine - perfect if the recipient already has a vase at home. This wrapping style means the flowers are out of water and will need to be put in a vase within a couple of hours. Every part is compostable and sustainable.

• Ribbon wrap - a slightly more gift-ready finish, with a ribbon that can be reused. This wrapping style also means the flowers are out of water and will need to be put in a container as soon as possible.

• Aquapack - ideal for deliveries to workplaces or when a vase isn't immediately available. Cellophane is used to pack water around the stems so they stay fresh. This can be topped up with water and kept like this if desired.

• Vase arrangement - a ready-to-enjoy design with a keepsake vase.

If you're unsure, the compostable wrap is a simple and beautiful choice.

Rather than selecting specific flowers, you're choosing a colour palette, mood and feeling. Each bouquet in the collection has been designed as its own small floral story, from soft and contemplative to rich and dramatic.

Because I work with seasonal flowers and buy fresh each day, the exact stems will vary and every bouquet will be unique. The illustrations show the overall palette and style, while the descriptions capture the feeling of each design.

If you're drawn to gentle, quiet tones, Ghost may be perfect. If you love richer, moodier colours, Gloom or Moth might feel more like you. And if you can't decide at all, choose Spell and leave the creative decisions entirely in my hands.

Whatever you choose, your bouquet will be created using the best flowers available on the day, designed to capture the essence of the palette and story you've selected.

Yes. Add the words you'd like me to include and I'll make sure your bouquet carries that sentiment beautifully as the cards are all handwritten in the studio.

It's often the smallest personal touch that makes the flowers feel even more thoughtful when they arrive. If you'd like to include a small drawing (a heart, star, paw print etc.) just add a note and I'll do my best to include it.

Absolutely. Once you tell me the flowers are for someone else, the wizard will guide you through the extra details I need so everything arrives smoothly and feels gift-ready.

Deliveries are usually made between 11am and 1pm, although they may arrive anytime between 8am and 6pm depending on the day's route.

As a small independent studio, I'm not always able to deliver every day. If your preferred date isn't available, I recommend choosing the nearest suitable day as flowers will stay beautiful for several days.

If the recipient isn't home, I'll do my best to leave the flowers somewhere safe or with a neighbour and a card will be left to let them know.

If a safe place isn't available (for example due to weather), I'll arrange re-delivery or collection. This may occasionally incur an additional delivery charge.
